Dear Mr. Scott, If this conveys anything but excellence, let me know what you want changed. "The trouble with Internet is that you do not know if there is a real person behind the website. I had been researching a product, Konecto Flooring, for my home. I was dissapointed in regular retail outlets. When I asked for their best "cash and carry" price, they basically only gave off enough to offset the tax payment. Then I went to the confusing Internet. I like the Internet, but all the ads were confusing for Konecto flooring. I knew what I wanted and the direct-to-contractor supply house's best price. I ran across Indiana Floors LLC com and basically called because I live in Indiana and thought I could drive there to avoid a delivery charge. I called because my order was over 200 ft. Talking to the owner Hugh Scott was great! He answered my questions, gave me his best price and arranged delivery to my door so that I could do the installation over the Holiday vacation. I saved $842 over the best in-person deal I could find. There was no tax and the price quoted included delivery. This was the exact same product. Hugh's knowledge of supply chain and inventory and Konecto installation took care of my flooring needs. I highly recommend working with Hugh Scott. He is a real person who knows how to capitalize on the Internet to provide excellent customer satisfaction." Just wanted to let you know:I've had compliments about my Konecto that we laid this past year,about how it looks so much like real wood. I explained how easy it was to lay and I'm glad it looked so real and natural with the knotholes and natural discoloration that real wood has. Schluter Systems

Mr. Scott, I have a hard time finding quality materials here in Puerto Rico, so I do a LOT of shopping on the internet. When I started shopping for Schluter-Kerdi l products, I did web searches and found several merchants along the west coast, in New York and around the Great Lakes, and you. But the nearest to me was a web site in Jamaica. Since shipping costs from the mainland to here can be significant, I settled on the Jamaican site. However, when I followed their links, I wound up on your web site anyway, and decided to give you a try. I'm glad I did. Not only are your prices among the best, but you were willing to work with me on the shipping. Many thanks for that. US Mail is not the fastest carrier, but they are without a doubt the cheapest, and like you say, they always pull thru. Thanks again, it's been my pleasure.
