"Konecto underlayment".
This is a ploy to take more money out of your pocket!!
I have a letter from Metroflor in regards to a large job we had back in the summer that defines what Konecto/Metroflor suggest for the optimum installation.

It clearly states that no underlayment is required !

Now....we can sell you the underlayment if you need it, but we do not advise spending money you do not have to!

There are other sites that claim they purchase products direct. If they can claim direct purchasing then we can to! They purchase as direct as we do, from distributors.

Do not be fooled. No one buys direct.

All Konecto products are pulled from national distributors that sell only to the retailers or wholesalers.

Now, who are you going to trust with your hard earned money?
We have been called many things by our competitors, they have even told people we do not have any showrooms and that we work out of our basement. If this were true the parent company of Konecto, Metroflor would not even allow the distributors to sell to us. The ones making the comments know better,they just know they cannot beat our prices so they have to say something.

If you do not see any information that gives you the source and background of the websites, becareful when purchasing.

We ask ourselves why do they work so hard to hide thier true identity...... and we are stumped.

We can only assume they may have had customer service issues that cannot be rectified and thier only choice is to hide thier identity.

We do claim to offer wholesale pricing to the public and that is a promise!

We are a family run business with over 26yrs in the trade (If I count my dad's experience we can say 50 years). We are known for our honesty and impeccable reputation aournd the nation.

In todays world honesty is hard to find and you have found it here.

I take all calls for any orders placed, I will not send you to some phone banks to speak with people that have never installed Konecto or possibly have never even seen it.
